I brought in a 2005 Lotus Elise that was in a mild rear-end fender bender. However, Lotus requires a full clam replacement. This team was professional, and flawless in working with the insurance company, supplemental requests and parts ordering, which took months(no fault of the shop, its a Lotus thing)! They provided updates through the whole process. Once parts were received, they did a beautiful job with body fit/alignment, and spraying and blending. I’ve waited a few weeks to leave a review, since then have washed the car, drove in various lights. Truly cannot detect what panels were painted versus original.

Matthew and the whole team are great!! I’ve taken my Audi Q5 here 2x now and it always exceeds my expectations. I won’t go anywhere else for repairs. The first time was a result of someone hitting my car, and the second time was a result of a steel garage gate closing on my roof … Both events required body repairs, repainting, etc and involvement of insurance (mine & someone else’s) which was seamless and efficient through Matthew. My Audi looks brand new again after each visit, the mechanic/repair team is very talented. The process overall is always smooth and quick compared to other repair shops my friends & family have taken their German cars to. Highly recommend!!!

I understand, nobody ever wants to their vehicle to have to go to a body shop for repair, BUT this experience was incredible thanks to Matthew Lindsey and his team. Our Chevy Equinox was involved in a rear end collision, and we took it to Prestige Imports Collision Center. The communication during the repair process was exactly what we had hoped for. He handled everything and was able to deliver the vehicle back to us in a shorter time frame than we had expected. I hope we never have to do a collision repair again, but it’s great to know that if needed Prestige will be in our corner.

I came in today for an estimate to remove a scuff on my door from a flying piece of debris, and Ira was so amazing, he buffed it off with a wheel for me and refused a tip after — such a stand up guy and I hope they know how they truly made my week!

I love this place! Matthew and team buffed out deep scratches on my Audi door, saving me $1000s in door painting fees. They were honest about my options and advised me in the direction that was best for me as the customer. They did an excellent job with exceptional pricing. I’d go back there time and time again.

They brought back my Audi from the brink of death. Originally the insurance (of the guy who hit me) was disputing paying for a certain portion of the repairs to replace rather than repair a wheel, and they got that overturned so the insurance paid fully. Huge relief to get my car back after 1.5 months and it was looking crisp with a detailed interior.

Prestige Imports Collision Center gave excellent service. I have a 2024 model and it was hard to get parts as they weren’t manufacturing the items this summer. Matthew kept me informed and the job was completed professionally.

Needed to have door handle covers painted and replaced. Contacted Jesse who was beyond helpful in getting these done and color matched for my Audi. Very responsive and I had my handle covers back to me within 2 days. Will be going back here if I need any work done in the future.
